Specialising in body functionality, movement, rehabilitation, and long-term health, she takes a holistic approach that goes far beyond just workouts — it’s about empowering clients to understand and respect their bodies.
As a mother of two energetic boys, Ash knows firsthand the importance of balance and sustainable fitness. She’s passionate about creating a space where women can feel supported, capable, and confident at every stage of life.
Known for her strength training expertise, love of deep conversations, and calm, thoughtful energy, Ash is the quiet force behind The Rise Society — an introvert at heart and the all-round handywoman keeping things running smoothly.

Personal Trainer | Group Fitness Instructor | Strength & Nutrition Specialist
With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Ellie brings contagious energy, knowledge, and heart to everything she does. Specialising in strength training, muscle building, and nutrition, she’s passionate about helping women discover their strength — both inside and out.
A bodybuilder who has proudly competed in five competitions, Ellie knows what it takes to stay committed, focused, and resilient. She loves to lift heavy, thrives on a good challenge, and brings that same drive to every session she coaches.
As a mum of three boys, Ellie is a strong advocate for women’s strength and longevity — proving that fitness is not just about aesthetics, but about building a body that supports you for life. Known for her caring nature, friendly chats, and motivating spirit, Ellie inspires everyone around her to rise up, push harder, and believe in what they’re capable of.
